Saint-Aubin, Murgers des Dents de Chien, 1er Cru, 2022

Quite a serious, savoury nose. Mineral and then, on the palate, lots of rich yet taut fruit and no shortage of acidity. There’s structure here and depth, with waves of grapefruit-scented, luscious yet energetic fruit, touches of grapefruit and salt, and an impressive amount of bite and extract. Rich, yet rather lovely. An excellent debut.
