Sufficiently taut and boasting a minerality without being aggressive or austere. In fact this is all about elegance. Chic and silky this offers fine-tuned flavours. The fruit crisp and clear with a faint hint of citrus flower. Such wonderful lightness of touch. Only 20% of this is aged in new oak and the barrels are a mixture of barriques and larger demi muid barrels so that oak does not influence the flavour profile of the wine too much.
