    The 2020 Bourgogne Plant Gilbert includes 25% whole bunch and comes from Chambolle-Musigny. This does not quite possess the precision of the Grand Chaliot, maybe just a little over-ripeness? The palate is medium-bodied with sour cherry and balsamic on the entry, modest depth but there is just a bit of hardness on the finish.
