Little known as it is a monopole of the Hospices de Nuits but has a prime location next to Les St Georges. Managed and made by a dedicated Hospices de Nuits team, Laurent Lignier buys the barrels and then takes care of the ageing and bottling himself. Gorgeous fine and silky with bright salt-flecked fruit. Cherry and cherry stone fruit with floral notes, a Chambolle like quality to it.
