Bonnes-Mares, Grand Cru, 2015

The second and last time Etienne will be producing his one barrel of Bonnes-Mares, the plot having been sold off after the 2015 vintage. From a parcel on the Chambolle side of the appellation. Big, bold and flavourful, if a little surly, very powerful and broad yet with sweet silkiness. Ripe lush berry fruit flavours mixed with woody spices.
