On the rockier more minerally side of Morey St Denis adding real drive to the muscle and brawn that is so typical of this appellation's wines. Extremely distinctive and characterful notes of cassis, cherry and bramble with a strong flint and mineral dimension. Multi-layered, powerful but very lively with it. Excellent Morey.

Bright dark red. Raspberry and flinty mineral aromas are accented by peppery spices. Densely packed, sappy and quite dry, conveying strong inner-mouth lift and crunchiness to the juicy dark raspberry and spice flavors. Finishes with lively lingering spicy perfume.
