Bourgogne, Blanc, La Tufera, 2015

A very fine, Puligny-style Bourgogne, with a tad more brawn and strength than usual, but this is a very toned, focussed power. Intense citrus and stone fruit with a gentle hint of minerals. Aged in barriques; two, three and four-year old oak, and bottled in August. A wine that eminates from three parcels in the Puligny-Montrachet commune.
