Impressive definition on the nose. There's a sense of backlit freshness here with extract and salty citrus-rind fruit, along with plenty of persistence. A calm delivery but surprisingly intense and long. Very open and ready to go. An elegant Bourgogne that emanates from three parcels in the Puligny-Montrachet commune. Aged in used oak barrels and steel tanks.
