A fine crystalline Puligny-emanating Bourgogne with crisp notes of sweet lemon and polished stones. There’s some flesh on the mid-palate and a long salty finish. Intensity without density. Classy! An elegant Bourgogne that emanates from three parcels in the Puligny-Montrachet commune. Aged in used oak barrels and steel cuves.
