The 2023 Bourgogne Pinot Noir is rich and fleshy, bursting with aromas of cherries, raspberries and vine smoke, followed by a medium to full-bodied, lively palate. This includes Roumier's younger vines from Chambolle-Musigny, combined with old vines in Gilly-les-Citeaux.

The 2023 Bourgogne Pinot Noir has darker fruit than some of its peers, with blackcurrant and bilberry emerging with time. It has fine definition. The palate is medium-bodied with sucrosity on the entry, generous and quite high toned toward the finish.
