A mix of the mineral tension of the Chenevottes with the ripeness and exuberance of the Morgeot coming harmoniously together to make a Chassagne of great finesse and sophistication. Buttery in texture, notes of citrus fruit, orange blossom, peach and nectarine with earthier notes of dry stones, rock salts and minerals and a long and vital finish.
