Stony citrus zest, salt and crushed stones; crisp and linear. Serious intensity, a chiselled shape and driving white-fruited tension. A notably successful Mouches Blanc with wonderful drive and energy.

The 2024 Beaune Clos des Mouches Blanc 1er Cru has a much more austere bouquet than the Chassagne Morgeot. It opens gradually with stony, cool glade scents. The palate is well balanced with good intensity, fresh and tensile, light leesy notes that shape the finish and lend length. Excellent.
