The 2021 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru feels a bit undernourished on the nose with apple peelings and light pear scents, lacking a bit of mineralité. The palate is taut on the entry with fine acidity, but it is a simple Les Clos lacking the complexity and depth expected on the finish. There have been better vintages in recent years. Drink over the next 6-8 years.
