The 2023 Bourgogne Rouge has a finely tuned bouquet of raspberry and wild strawberry with a light sous-bois element emerging over time. The palate is medium-bodied with sapid red fruit and gentle grip, but there is certainly decent backbone on the finish with a fresh, slightly briny aftertaste. Delicious.
