Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Rouge, 2020

Classic, pure Pinot from the cool Hautes Cotes from the traditional and low-intervention Pierre Boisson, where new oak is practically non existent. This is is all red fruit crunch, herbs and spice. A little more concentrated than the 2018 with a slighter darker profile, whilst capturing the spirit of energy and wildness so typical of Pierre's reds.
