Pierre Boisson
Meursault, 2014
justerini & brooks tasting note
The most taut and mineral wine in the Boisson cellar, much more reserved than the other wines. Intense and razor sharp. An austere rocky, crushed stone character dominates the palate to initially, but this soon is fleshed out with notes of lime, citrus butter roasted nut with a complex, salty minerality on the long finish. Aged for 21 months in no more than a third new oak barrels.
