Pierre Boisson
Meursault, 2015
justerini & brooks tasting note
Bottled in April 2017. Ripe fruit with a little flesh to garlanded by a nice fresh acidity. Textured and rich yet lively, beautifully-balanced notes of crisp citrus that gives real zest to the wine and riper yellow fruit notes, finishing on a hint of nut and butter. From 8 parcels within the Meursault commune with an average age of 30 years old. The grapes are picked by hand and the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, of which no more than 15% are new.
