Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Blanc, 2021

Shimmering citrus fruit and citrus oil, fine, dancing stones, a touch of herbal complexity and some grapefruit pith grip. Lovely sense of balance with freshness but also some caressing flesh too. A very clear eyed Haut Côtes vinified with no new oak.
