Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Blanc, 2022

Crisp clear citrus and salt over fine butter notes; sleek and seamless, with fine balance and very pure fruit. Two thirds are vinified in barrel with the remainder in steel tank. Easy to drink but not without character. A very clear eyed Haut Cotes vinified with no new oak.
