Always producing slightly fewer millerande berries than the plot on the sandier soils, and correspondingly harvested slightly earlier, this parcel sits at the southern end of the vineyard and offers up a vision of great charm and open heartedness. Very fluid, flowing, red fruited with touches of toast and mulberry, gliding and glowing, a lacy slick of caressing fruit, combining fine spice with fine minerals. This is a mere snapshot of what is to come. Fermented with 100% whole bunches.
