The 2021 Bourgogne Aligoté is raised entirely in stainless steel and bottled in April. Orange cordial and light pear notes on the nose, this is nicely defined. The palate is tangy on the entry, with modest depth, not complex but with an ample peach skin, pithy finish. Drink now and over the next 2-3 years.
