Terre de Meunier, Extra Brut, NV
A pure Meunier cuvee that hails from two slopes of the same hill, one facing North, the other South, generally with around 15% reserve wine in the blend. Fine and complex, with fresh bakery aromas, golden fruits, grapefruit pith and pink peppercorn on the nose, There’s plenty of depth and fruit richness on the palate, a touch of honey coming through in this vinous offering based on the 2019 vintage. 6 grams of dosage. Full Malolactic conversion. A cuvee of just 11,000 bottles.

The Terre de Meunier NV is a 100% Pinot Meunier Extra Brut cuvée with a one gram per liter dosage that is based on the 2019 vintage that comes from two lieu dit parcels. Expressive and showy, it reveals aromas of juicy yellow apple, dried iris blooms, toasted almond slivers, talc and honey followed by a youthful, medium to full-bodied palate with a weighty, textured orchard fruit core buoyed by sizzling acid freshness. Clean and intense, it finishes long with lingering apple and spice notes. Disgorged November 2022. 11423 bottles were produced.
