Justerini & Brooks, Sarcey, Brut, Rosé, Champagne, NV

The old family run Boizel house who were established in 1834 have for decades been sparing us their best cuvées for our Sarcey Champagne. This Rose is based on Pinot Noir (at least 50%, the rest made up of a balance of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.) The strong Pinot Noir element gives this wine great finesse and sophistication, exhibiting bright, juicy raspberry flavours, really fruity and summery with an underlying earthy complexity.
