A bright, characterful Sancerre with aromas of lime, white blossom and white stone fruits. The palate is crisp yet supple, with gentle fleshiness neatly wrapped in a soft, rounded texture from extended lees contact. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel preserve purity, whilst the chalky soils lend a delicate mineral edge that carries through to the long, mouthwatering finish.
