The 2020 Vendange Entière is a ripe, sweetly fruited red Sancerre. It has a complex medley of aromas derived from fruit and whole bunches (aka vendange entière), from herbal and licorice characters to cola, cherry and olive tapenade. It's creamy, almost silky in the mouth, but the stems make for a furry, somewhat chunky finish.
