St Joseph, Blanc, 2021

There is more depth and curve to the St Joseph Blanc, verging to apricot and honey, lemon and apples with good concentration and a nice smooth, shimmering finish. A blend of 50% Marsanne and 50% Roussanne, averaging 25 years old, facing south south-east on granitic soils. Aged in 20% new oak and 1 to 3-year-old barrels for 12 months.
