Les Claux Guillard, Blanc, 2021

Les Claux Guillard is Yannick’s entry-level project and provides fertile ground for experimentation and learning in rented plots. The white is produced from a total of 1 hectare, split roughly between Bourboulenc 70% and Clairette 30%. Notes of apples and citrus fruit, some tangerines, a dancing feel, with a touch of almond, salt and blossom too. Lots to like here at a very friendly price.
