A seriously stylish Auslese offering stone fruits, white tea and subtle honeyed complexity. Delicate yet persistent, it carries itself with remarkable finesse and quiet concentration. Of the two regular Auslesen produced by the estate, Fuder 6 is traditionally the purer late-harvest expression, sourced from 80–120-year-old vines situated near the terraces to the left of the sundial itself. In 2025, unusually, it benefits from a small percentage of botrytis, enhancing complexity.
