The 2021 Juffer-Sonnenuhr Spatlese #14 (Auction) is deep, pure and refined on the dense and excitingly complex nose. Lush and refined on the palate, with delicate acidity, this is a very elegant, persistently salty Spatlese with an almost dry-tasting finish with enormous finesse and length. Fabulous! 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
