Pert and detailed, fine leafy tropical fruit betrays the Goldtröpfchen site. This Auslese is wearing a tropical shirt and having a damn good time of it! Juicy, vibrant and full of life. Bristling, juicy acidity and crisp slate notes with a touch of iron, pink Himalayan rock salt and grapefruit. It’s simply impossible not to love this. No botrytis. 7%.
