A playful, exuberant mix of red and white fruits, with pink grapefruit, berries and guava thrust forth in a great wave. There is more perceptible sweetness in the Goldtröpfchen, but it also has more grip and detail on the finish. Thomas has a total of 1.2HA spread across the Goldtröpfchen amphitheatre.

The 2021 Goldtropfchen Kabinett is clear, bright and elegant on the intense nose. Lush and saline on the palate, with crystalline, mineral acidity and ripe yet refined fruit, this is a highly delicate and promising Kabinett with precise definition. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
