The more boisterous sibling in the Kabinett range, the 2025 offers an array of aromatic pink fruits with juicy grippy acidity; fresh pineapple, grapefruit and wildflowers; it is aromatic and inviting, and analytically the highest acid of the three, making for a particularly juicy expression.

The 2025 Riesling Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Kabinett gives just a cloud puff of reductive smokiness. Sweetness is the first notion on the palate, transporting ripe, juicy mandarin, framed with salty, tingling stoniness on a beautifully tense, taut body. What a gorgeous salty-sweet contrast. (Medium)
