Graacher Domprobst Riesling Auslese #11, 2025

Produced from a single parcel in the heart of the Domprobst and with botrytis influence. Jasmine, lavender, apple and floral honey notes are layered over remarkable ripe yellow fruit concentration and freshness. Rich and intense, the naturally vibrant acidity keeps everything airborne. A brilliant Auslese. Fuder 11 and Fuder 14 are the two Auslesen that the estate typically produces when conditions allow – Fuder 11 the more elegant, and Fuder 14 the more serious and deeper. In the end, the 2025 has developed in the bottle a profile in between the two, edging more towards Fuder 14 in style, however that has only become evident further down the line. A seriously rare and exciting noble sweet wine.
