The Graacher Domprobst Kabinett offers a darker rain-on-stone feel, sustaining sultry pulpy rangpur limes, golden apples and a ripe, finely integrated acidity. Fresh but tactile, pretty as ever, but with more concentration and potential here than meets the eye. Finishes on light spice and slate. Bottled at 45g/l residual sugar.

The 2024 Riesling Graacher Domprobst Kabinett still has a vestige of reductive flintiness on the nose. Green melon shimmers with citrus. Supreme fusion of flavors and absolute lightness define the palate. Juicy nectarine dances above slaty saltiness, creamy woodruff fringes smooth apricot, citrus encompasses all. Its acidity is absolutely buffered yet mouthwatering to the tenth degree. The 2024 emblematic of the Mosel, with exquisite intensity and unbelievable lightness. It is a dream. (Off-dry)
