Graacher Domprobst, Riesling, Spätlese, Fuder 10, 2020

Green tea, jasmine and honeysuckle – the first hint of spontaneous fermentation too - white fruit, grapefruit and lime leaf. Long and intense. Absolutely superb and so full of life. Selections are made in the vineyard to dictate a certain character in the final Spätlese. Fuder 10 always aims to be a very classic, direct Spätlese while the 5 has more texture, richness and complexity, going in the direction of an Auslese.
