The 2025 Riesling Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett sends a note of flint and wet walnut ahead on the nose. The palate, however, is a beautiful world of freshness, of crunchy green and yellow apple, of tender lemon-brightened white peach and supremely balanced suppleness. This is so wonderfully slender, tender and light. It seems so effortless, so fresh-faced, so sunny and bright. (Off-dry)
