The 2025 Riesling Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Beerenauslese was made from botrytized fruit. Smoky peach, clear honey and caramelized citrus shine on the nose. Utter concentration and luscious botrytis are absolutely pure and remind one of candied passion fruit, with electric acidity and thrilling verve. The purity stops you in your tracks. (Luscious)
