Riesling, Feinherb, 2025

Lip-smacking, fruity and clear, a wine of classic enjoyment, being just off dry. The Estate Riesling Feinherb comes from the younger vineyards in the villages of Bad Kreuznach and Roxheim where the fuller volcanic and sandstone soils produce a more accessible style from the beginning – the idea being that the two Estate wines are not the same wines stopped at different sugar levels as is common in Germany, and instead each has its own character.
