Light and easy to taste with a gentle white fruited and nutty, chalky hit on the finish, not showy, but fluid and engaging. Its prettiness suggests you could drink this already. A more delicate Muschelkalk Riesling this year – typically it carries a deeper structure. Produced from a combination of younger plots and declassified GG fruit from the limestone rich Im Sonnenschein vineyard. Raised exclusively in stainless steel.
