The Ortswein (village) Weisser Burgunder follows the same concept as the Riesling GGs i.e. young vines from Grand Cru sites. In this case, the limestone Im Sonnenschein offers a sapid, nutty texture and fine, crispy fruits couched in a full but very fine silky embrace.
