Cuvee Max always needs time and this, from the exceptional 2015 vintage, is no exception. Clearly tighter and more profound than the previous two wines, with a deeper more serious fruit set and a mineral edge with more than a touch of the Assmanshauser slate character coming through with air. Firm, deep, profound and one for the cellar.
