Picked in the early hours of December 19th when temperatures were below -10c. The grapes were 50% botrytis affected and sugars are just shy of 300 g/l. Supreme intensity and purity of fruit. Lazer like acidity, white peach and greengage fruits, salty mineral finish and the finest balance.

(for 375 ml.) Rich gold. Intriguing aromas of dried apricot, persimmon and clove hide a light note of botrytis. Succulent quince and acacia honey flavors are lifted out of the velvety texture by mineral acidity. Unctuously dense wine with a brilliant palate-saturating finish, this is one of the finest wines of the vintage.
