Invariably a brilliant village wine, Molsheim displays wonderful race and tension, with intense white stone minerality, crisp green apples and white flowers. A touch of spice adds complexity to this energetic, lively and ultimately very delicious limestone grown dry Riesling.

The 2021 Molsheim Riesling 1G opens pure yet intense and with concentrated fruit aromas. On the palate, this is a tight, dense, savory and juicy Riesling from the Zellertal that includes the fruit of single vineyards such as Silberberg and Zellerweg Am Schwarzen Herrgott. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in October 2022.
