Fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel, this is an absolute cracker of a Spatlese, pure, beautiful and totally focused, ripe red apple, apple blossom, acacia honey, lemon rind and Mirabelle character with a complex, savoury kick of limestone on the enormous finish.
