Barolo, del comune di Verduno, 2022

A deep fruit-driven Barolo blend that benefits from top notes of violet and lavender in the typically fragrant Verduno style, there is a satisfying fleshiness to this wine that will delight from the outset. A blend of five vineyards all in Verduno: Pisapola, Campasso, Boscatto, Rocche dell’Olmo and Riva Rocca. The first four plots are co-fermented whilst the bigger Riva Rocca plot is blended in later. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in 25hl Slavonian oak cask for three years.
