A very steep south west facing vineyard with a very white limestone based soil that gives profound, mineral wines. The 2010 is a beauty. Ethereal, fresh and intense, fine –boned yet strong with it, beautifully clear flavours of plum, damson, cherry and rose. Vital and Seductive. Spellbinding. Aged for 36 months in large used wooden cask.
