The 2024 Etna Bianco Calderara Sottana displays a mix of spicy citrus, florals and almondy custard. Silky-textured and captivating on the palate, it has a balanced inner sweetness with bright orchard fruits and mineral tones spreading across a wave of stimulating acidity. The 2024 grips the senses with youthful tension as yellow apple and pear meld with lemony concentration. This is pure class.
