The single vineyard “Vigne Niche” whites are all 100% Carricante. A mix of old and younger vines from 10-40 years old, the Santo Spirito is the more exuberant of the three whites. The 2024 has a yellow fruited note with a bit more roundness and delicacy and texture, finishing super fresh and saline. Soft, dark volcanic soil at 700-800m of elevation.
