A blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Cabernet Franc, the latter being a little lower in the blend than usual. A classical and fairly reserved mixture of sweet small ripe red and black berry fruits mixed with herbs and pencil lead notes, edgy well defined tannins provide a firm backbone but the intensity of fruit on the finish is clear. A wine of grip, tight-knit structure, length and purity.
