The 2022 Chardonnay Single Vineyard Om Santi is an organically certified, incredibly stony site. The fruit was hand-picked, whole-bunch fermented with native yeasts and 100% pressed to barrel without filtration. No more than medium in body, it's a richly textured wine with a suave, supple mid-palate, followed up with an elegant line of fine acidity that pervades the core and provides a fine expression. There are no hard edges here, and the 2022 doesn't need to shout to show its class.
