The 2022 Pinot Gris is a full-bodied, off-dry style with ripe fruit and spices abounding. While the nature of Martinborough's cool climate is to give a naturally fresh and lively style, a portion of the wine was fermented in old barrels, adding curves and textural complexity. Ripe apples and florals are joined by subtle, savory characters. A layered and complete wine that would pair well with lightly spiced dishes.
